I grew up near Milan. No medical background in the family, no path laid out for me.

I chose medicine with conviction, without role models to follow. A deliberate direction in a context where no one points the way.

I graduated in Medicine at the University of Milan in 1995.

After graduating I knew one thing with certainty: staying in Italy was not the path to the level of training I had in mind.

In 1997 I moved to England, where I began building the foundations of general and plastic surgery. A period in Johannesburg, South Africa, exposed me to a variety and volume of clinical cases rarely encountered in Europe at that stage of a career.

The real turning point came in December 2000, when I was admitted to the School of Professor Ivo Pitanguy in Rio de Janeiro.

Pitanguy was not simply a surgeon. He was the global reference point in plastic and aesthetic surgery for over half a century. Training under him meant accessing a method, a vision and a standard that very few have had the privilege of learning directly from the source.

I stayed three years. In December 2003 I obtained my specialization in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.

Those years gave me more than technique. They gave me the certainty that in aesthetic surgery, mediocrity is never an option.

In January 2004 I started my private practice in England as a plastic surgeon, focusing from the outset on aesthetic surgery. I stayed fifteen years.

That was not a transitional choice. It was the core of my practice: volume, case diversity, clinical standards. The British private aesthetic surgery market is among the most demanding in Europe, and working there for over a decade built something that cannot be acquired any other way.

Over time I progressively brought part of my work back to Italy, to Milan. Today Milan is the centre of my practice.

There is a moment in every professional's career when a single encounter changes everything.

Mine happened in England, during my early training years. I met two Italian surgeons of rare calibre: Dr Giulio Gherardini and Dr Paolo Cajano. They were the ones who showed me the path to Pitanguy's School. Without that encounter, that door would probably never have opened.

There are professional debts that cannot be repaid. They can only be honoured by continuing to do the work the right way.

Choosing an aesthetic surgeon is one of the most significant decisions you can make for yourself. It is not about choosing a price. It is about choosing who you trust to permanently change something about your body.

I trained at the School of Professor Ivo Pitanguy, for over fifty years the global reference point in plastic and aesthetic surgery. This is not a biographical footnote. It is the foundation of every decision I make in the operating room.

I have performed over 10,000 procedures as lead surgeon. That is not a statistic. It is the difference between a surgeon who knows the technique and one who has developed the clinical judgement that only comes from thousands of real cases.

My standard is one: that every patient leaves the operating room with the best result their anatomy allows. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am a surgeon who operates only when the patient's expectations are realistically achievable. This means I sometimes say no. Not out of lack of interest. Out of respect for you and for my work.

I am a surgeon who considers post-operative care an integral part of the process, not an optional extra. I am available after surgery because what happens in the weeks following the operating room determines the final result as much as the surgical technique itself.

I am not the most affordable surgeon you can find. I have no interest in being.

I am not the right surgeon for those who have decided on a budget before understanding what they truly want. I am not the right surgeon for those looking for a quick fix without seriously committing to the process.

I am the right surgeon for those who understand that some decisions are not to be compromised on.
