- Before our meeting, try to be clear about what you would like from your breast lift surgery: how you would like your breasts to look. To do this, help yourself with photos of women who have already had breast surgery.
- Try to understand at this stage whether you would only like to lift your breasts (breast lift) or also increase their volume (breast lift or augmentation).

- During the preliminary visit to your breast lift surgery, we start with your wishes.
- It is at this point that I will assess the current state of your breasts by taking some measurements to see how effective the elevation can be and whether or not there will be a need for implants.
- Finally, I will explain breast lift surgery in detail and how you should behave during the postoperative period.

Only three more tests to prepare you for the breast lift surgery: blood test, electrocardiogram and an ultrasound or mammogram.

On the appointed day, you will come to the clinic at the appointed time after taking a shower, on an empty stomach, with the results of the tests, an ID card and your social security number.

All that is missing at this point are the preoperative photos and a breast marking.
THE ACTUAL SURGERY
THE ACTUAL SURGERY
- Breast lift surgery is nothing more than the surgical elevation of the breast and can be performed with or without implants.
- In general, the extent of scars in breast lift surgery is in proportion to the type of correction performed.
- The operation takes about 2 hours and you will most likely be discharged the same day although, in some cases, an overnight stay in the clinic may be recommended.

For the first week after surgery, you will use elastic bands to provide even compression on your breasts.

Within 5-10 days, if you wish, you will be able to resume lighter daily and work activities. Sports only after 2 months.

The normal post-operative check-ups after breast lift surgery are at 1,2,4 weeks and 3-6 months, but can be customised if necessary.

They are used when performing an additive or augmentation breast lift. That is, when in addition to raising the breasts you want to increase their volume.

I only use Motiva implants because of their high quality and advanced research of the materials used. This is a point I hold very dear.

This is a problem that only arises in the case of breast lifts or augmentation due to the use of implants.
